An everyday frying pan for searing and sautéing, made in France, with no coating to wear off.

A brushed 18/10 stainless frying pan with a three-layer base: induction stainless outside, aluminum in the middle, 18/10 stainless where the food sits. The aluminum is sealed inside the base.

The handle is solid stainless steel, fixed with a double row of stainless rivets. It works on every hob including induction, goes in the oven up to 550 F, and can go in the dishwasher.

New to bare steel? Heat the pan empty, add a thin film of oil, and give food time to let go. Our guide to cooking on stainless walks through it.
