Shipping policy
Where does my order ship from?
Most products ship straight from the maker or its authorized US distributor, out of their own warehouse. Each product page tells you who ships it and the usual handling time.
If your order has items from two makers, it comes as two shipments. Checkout shows a separate shipping line for each.
How much is shipping?
It's calculated at checkout, one shipment at a time.
Each maker sets its own shipping rate, and you see the exact cost before you pay. We don't add handling fees.
For the Cristel pieces we carry today: pans and pots ship free by standard shipping. A lid ordered on its own ships for $9. Express delivery, 2 to 3 business days, is offered at checkout for an added charge, shown before you pay.
How long will it take?
Each maker sets its own handling time, and it's on the product page. For the Cristel pieces we carry today it's usually 3 business days.
Once it ships, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 2 to 6 business days. The maker picks the carrier: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.
We ship to US addresses only for now. Some makers don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes, and checkout will tell you if that applies to you.
What if my order is late?
If an item can't ship within its stated handling time, or within 30 days when no time is stated, we'll email you with a new date. You can also cancel for a full refund. This follows the FTC Mail Order Rule.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for each shipment.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days, with photos of the box and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund with the maker. You won't pay return shipping for damaged or defective items.
