Everything below touches your food or drink. For each one, write down what it's made of and where you found that out. If nobody says, write "not stated." That's an answer too.

Where to look, in order
A stamp or label on the thing itself. Then the model number and the maker's name in a search. Then the manual or the box. Then an email to the maker. Note who said it and when.
Print it
Use your browser's Print option (Ctrl+P, or Share then Print on a phone). It fits on one page, and you can fill it in by hand at the counter.
We do the same for everything we sell. Every product page names the parts that touch your food, where it's made, and what the maker states. For pans, start with Fully clad or disc bottom.
